Masculine Spirituality Training Initiated
One of the obvious needs in the church-at-large today is for men to step forward and assume their God-given roles as leaders in the home, the church, and the nation. Too frequently men have abdicated from their duties, resulting in many tasks languishing for lack of motivaged leadership.
While there are common spiritual principles affecting all people, regardless of their age or sex, nevertheless, God has ordained specific roles for men to fill. The church has sometimes been feminized to the point where men either refuse to attend completely or are reticent to get deeply involved.
The reality is that serving as a Christian man in today's world is a challenge which calls for the best that men can offer. GCF seeks to address these issues in a way that will motivate adult males to assume these responsibilities with vigor and enthusiasm.
Meeting for one hour, at 7:30 p.m., the second Monday evening of the month, concerned men are utilizing the DVD series, Masculine Spiritual Leadership, with accompanying discussion and application.
